kijaro stands by their innovation and quality standards and guarantees that the materials and workmanship will be free from defects for the life of the product. as you probably guessed, we do need proof of purchase to ensure we are talking to the actual owners of our kijaro products!
this warranty supersedes any other warranty and is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
we do think kijaro holds superman like powers, but everything has its kryptonite. so, of course our products aren’t indestructible. so, kijaro’s return/exchange promise program does not cover defects attributable to or resulting from normal wear and tear (i.e.: exhausted zippers), natural hazard damage (i.e.: weather, animals, ultraviolent (uv) damage) abuse or alteration.
we want to make it right, we know you depend on kijaro and we depend on you. so, contact us, tell us what is wrong, and we will work with you to make it right!

if you have questions regarding our kijaro return/exchange promise program, email us and someone from the kijaro team will respond within 24 hours.
we need you to follow these instructions:
- email us your issue
- you will be contacted by a kijaro team member for more information
- if an exchange or return is necessary, we will send you a shipping label to cover the cost to get it back to us.
- we want to make sure we learn from the issues you found, so the more detailed information you give us, the more improvements we as a team can make, to continue to bring you quality kijaro products. so, masking tape the damaged spot, rubber band it, post it . . . i think you are get the picture.
- remember, if the defect does not impact the whole item (i.e. the whole hammock) only send us the defective part
shipping policy:
kijaro will cover the cost of returning the merchandise (ground shipping).
