Rollback chair

Waste of money every time you sit in the chair it try’s to fold up . Looks good but a waste of.

Absolutely horrible

This chair looks very nice. The functionality of it, is horrible. Sitting in the chair, it pops and will collapse on you. Wish ai would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Not recommending at all! Do not waste your money!!!!

Worst Chair

Piece of garbage. I thought this was going to be a great chair. Every time I sit in it the back pops and starts to collapse on me. I spend more time trying to fix it then I sit in it. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS CHAIR!!

Severely Disappointed

Purchased 3 of these chairs from Dicks Sporting Goods. Was impressed with the overall comfortability and what I thought was quality make of this brand. The chairs keep unlocking when sitting in them. It is a quite unsettling feeling. Extremely disappointed in my purchase. Hope the company comes out with a fix for this as I really like these chairs and paid full price for them.

We love how comfortable and solid they feel but have now started to have the mechanism collapsing issue on both of ours. Is there a fix? What are my options? I wish we’d read more reviews :(. Thx!
