Regret buying this chair

After deciding we did not want to haul our GCi rockers to baseball tournaments any longer, we decided to shop for some better designed chairs for easy back and forth. We settled on this chair and made our purchase at Dicks after testing out the chairs on the floor. Terrible decision. The slightest movement and the chair back collapses on you. We have tried everything and nothing has worked. You will have to make something to hold the locking mechanism in place which defeats the purpose of the chairs folding up for storage and travel. Ee are disappointed in this purchase.

Revising my previous 1 star review. I had recieved an email from Kijaro but it was an issue on my email end. They replaced my 3 chairs with new ones. Chairs were sent FedEx with a quick turnaround.

Initial analysis is the replacements are working better and not collapsing constantly. We will give it a few days and test before we rely on them for a weekend of camping but initially are pleased with the resolution.

If I could give this chair a negative star I sure would these chairs are pure trash the lock doesn’t work at all engineering department needs to be FIRED

Disappointing waste of money and time

I unfortunately made the mistake of buying 3 of these chairs as they were so comfortable. The locking mechanism doesn't work on the back and the chairs continuously collapse. This made enjoying the weekend frustrating. Wish I would have read the reviews before spending so much money!

Rather than going direct to a negative post online, I emailed the company as I had seen Kijaro request other reviewers do. I didn't recieve a single response.

Not only were the chairs a disappointment, so was the customer service.

Won't stay locked

Would be a great chair if you could sit in it without the back popping out and feeling like it's going to fold up . I have tried to email customer service with no response.
