Love the chair, but the locking mechanism is faulty and makes the chair collapse. Just sitting still relaxing, pop, and you’re down.
Don’t waste your money on this awful chair, it’s a defective design and should be recalled. I emailed Kijaro support hoping they have suggestions on how to prevent the locking mechanism from popping / unlocking, I even sent them a video. Weeks later and I am yet to receive any response back from the manufacturer.
We are also having trouble with the latch popping open and the chair collapsing. It’s comfortable, but I would not recommend buying until this is corrected. I see the other reviews recommend emailing the company to see if they have a solution. Hopefully they have something.
We bought this chair from Dick’s a month ago. Loved the idea & very comfy but the amount of times it comes unlocked on the back during a ball game is ANNOYING. I’ve emailed & gotten no reply either to see if there’s a fix. Would honestly return for my money back if I could.
Comfortable chair however it doesn't stay locked. Even with a 70lb child the chair consistently unlocks and collapses. Poorly designed.
